Uttar Pradesh: BJP leader gets life threat

Etawah, Oct 13 (UNI) A Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader and former MLA Ravindra Singh Chauhan has received life threat from an unidentified person, police said here on Sunday.

Senior superintendent of police Santosh Kumar Mishra said that a case was registered against the unidentified person under section 504 and 506 of IPC in Civil Lines police station on a complaint of former BJP MLA Ravindra Singh Chauhan.


He filed complaint that an unidentified personhas threatened him of dire consequences.


Ravindra Singh told police that an unknown caller told him that he has got good ransom to kill him.
