Uttar Pradesh: Army Jawan among two killed in road mishap

Jaunpur, May 6 (UNI) Two people, including an Army Jawan, was killed and another person injured when two motorcycles collided in the Chandvak area of this district in Uttar Pradesh on Monday. 

Police sources here said that Saggan Prajapati (35) and Maggan Prajapati, residents of Kapisa village of Varanasi district were en route Ratnupur on a motorcycle to visit their relatives. 
 
Meanwhile, another motorcycle coming from the opposite direction collided with their vehicle near the Ghoddaud village, resulting in on the spot death of Saggan Prajapati and Army Jawan Sachin Kumar Rajbhar (27) who was on another bike. 
 
Sachin's sister's marriage was about to take place on Monday and he was going to the market to buy some materials, sources added.
 
Maggan Prajapati was critically injured in the accident and has been referred to the Trauma Center.
