UP Singh to be the New Union Water Resources Secretary
New Delhi, Nov 28 (IBNS): Upendra Prasad Singh, IAS, presently holding the charge of Director General, National Mission for Clean Ganga has been appointed as Secretary, Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, government release confirmed on Tuesday.
He will succeed Amarjit Singh, IAS who will superannuate on Nov 30.
