Lucknow, Jul 30 (UNI) The health condition of Unnao rape survivor, who was injured in a road accident at Rae Bareli on Sunday, in which her two aunts were killed, continued to be critical, doctors at the Trauma Centre of King George Medical University (KGMU), attending the victim, said here on Tuesday.

"The patient is serious and on ventilator. Had been unconscious, since the time of accident and almost more than past 40 hours, they said in a bulletin.

'Head injury and multiple fracture in legs and most important chest injury. More than head injury, it's fractures and injury to lungs that is keeping her condition critical," the medicos further said.

The BP is fluctuating and hence, it cannot be maintained, without life support.

"Chest pipes put in to assist lung functioning, as there is bleeding in the lungs," they added.
