UK wants to become India's number one partner in the path of growth

New Delhi, Nov 12 (IBNS): Following a meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, UK PM David Cameron on Thursday said his nation will like to become India's number one partner in the path of its growth.

"We want to become India's number one partner in its growth," Cameron told media.

Modi on Thursday reached London as a part of his bilateral visit to the United Kingdom.

"Hello London! PM @narendramodi arrives in United Kingdom for 1st bilateral visit by an Indian PM in almost a decade," Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) spokesperson Vikas Swarup tweeted.

He was received by a host of dignitaries.
