Two terrorists killed in J & K encounter
Jammu, Oct 15 (IBNS) Two former police officers, who turned into terrorists, were on Thursday shot dead by the Army in an encounter in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir, reports said.
Reyaz Ahmed and Gul Mohammad were Special Police Officers (SPOs), who had deserted the force last month to join terrorism. They were killed in a gun battle at Gadi Nallah that started late Wednesday night.
Acting on a tip-off, Army launched an operation in a remote area of Doda belt and the encounter began.
