Two kidnapped Indians released in Nigeria: Sushma Swaraj
New Deli, July 16 (IBNS): External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Saturday confirmed that two Indians, who were abducted in Nigeria, have been released.
They were identified as Sai Srinivas and Anish Sharma.
Swaraj tweeted: "We have been able to rescue Sai Srinivas and Anish Sharma from abductors in Nigeria./1."
In another tweet, she said:"Indian High Commissioner in Nigeria Shri B.N. Reddy deserves appreciation for his efforts. /2."
According to reports, the two Indians were kidnapped on June 29.
