Two held with fake currency and printing machine in Kolkata

Kolkata, Jun 8 (IBNS): The Kolkata Police has arrested two persons with Fake Indian Currency Notes (FICN) in the city, officials said.
According to reports, two suspects- Kamalesh Dey and Raja Mondal- were caught by a local shopkeeper at Bakhrahat area under Thakurpur Police Station limits in Kolkata on Tuesday night and handed over to the police later.
 
Police seized as many as 19 pieces of fake 100 rupee-note from their possession. 
 
When police conducted raid at their residence in Kolkata's Entally area on Wednesday, few fake currency printing machines were recovered.
 
However, they were produced in a local court in Kolkata on Wednesday and sent to police custody till June 13.
