Terrorists open fire at apple trader in south Kashmir

Srinagar, Dec 2 (IBNS): Suspected terrorists on Saturday evening opened fire on a apple trader and injured him seriously in Shopian district of south Kashmir.

According to police, 30-year-old Mukhtar Ahmad Bhat resident of Keegam village in Shopian was injured after suspected terrorists fired at him near his home.

Police further said Mukhtar, who is apple trader by profession, received multiple bullet injuries in both legs.

He was shifted to a hospital where from he was referred to Srinagar for specialized treatment.

Earlier, terrorists  hurled grenade on Police Station Baramulla in North Kashmir which explodes outside the station.

However no one was injured in the attack.
