Sushma Swaraj leaves for Azerbaijan on three-day visit to attend NAM meeting

New Delhi, Apr 4 (IBNS) :  External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj on Wednesday emplanced for Baku, capital city of Azerbaijan to attend the Mid-Term Ministerial Meeting of the Non-Aligned Movement from April four to six. 

According to reports, Swaraj will be attending a meeting of the Non-Aligned Movement (NAM) and hold discussions with top leadership of the country.

During her visit, Swaraj will hold extensive discussions with Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and also call on President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) said.

She will also represent India at the mid-term ministerial meeting of the NAM, which will take place on April 5 and 6 in Baku.
