Sonakshi Sinha urges votes to vote for her father Shatrughan Sinha

Mumbai, May 18 (IBNS): Bollywood actress Sonakshi Sinha on Saturday urged voters to vote for her father Shatrughan Sinha who is contesting from Patna Sahib seat in Bihar.

Sinha is a sitting MP from the seat.

He left Bharatiya Janata Party and joined the Congress few days back.

Sonakshi, who is known for her performance in several Bollywood movies, tweeted: "Bihar... its time to vote for your #BihariBabu @ShatruganSinha ! press number 2 on the evm with the hand symbol and make the right choice ."

Shatrughan Sinha is pitted against BJP's Ravi Shankar Prasad in Patna Sahib which goes to polls in the last phase of the Lok Sabha elections on Sunday. 

Counting of votes will take place on May 23.
