New Delhi, Feb 27 (IBNS): A Facebook post by a Kargil martyr's daughter Gurmehar Kaur against BJP's student's wing ABVP has triggered a row.

Union Minister Kiren Rijiju reacted to the post: "Who's polluting this young girl's mind? A strong Arm Force prevents a war. India never attacked anyone but a weak India was always invaded."

Congress attacked Rijiju over his remark.

"When a woman thinks independently, patriarchal BJP thinks her mind is polluted. When a person 'bats' for peace, BJP responds with hate," the Congress party tweeted.

Captain Mandeep Singh's daughter Kaur has alleged that she was threatened with rape after her campaign on social media went viral.

Kaur's Twitter page picture shows her holding a placard which reads: "I am a student from Delhi University. I am not afraid of ABVP. I am not alone. Every student of India is with me. #StudentsAgainstABVP."

She had earlier posted a video where in one of the placards she is holding urged for peace between India and Pakistan.

According to media reports, one of them read: " "Pakistan did not kill my dad, war killed him."

Meanwhile, former Indian opener Virender Sehwag appeared to have reacted to her post and posted on his Twitter page a picture where he is seen standing with a placard on his hand which reads, "I id not score two triple centuries , my bat did."

Meanwhile, BJP leader Pratap Simha attacked Kaur and compared her to underworld don Dawood Ibrahim for the post.
