Shootout takes place in Delhi's Rohini, 2 cops injured

New Delhi, Aug 21 (IBNS): At least two cops were injured as a shootout took place between police and criminals in west Delhi's Rohini area on Sunday.
The encounter was underway for about two hours.
 
Two of the criminals, Sudhir Kala and Abhay, also suffered gunshot injuries, media reports said.
 
NDTV citing police sources reported that a gang of five criminals were on their way to target a property dealer when their car was intercepted by the Delhi Police in Begumpur area, about 4 kms from Delhi's upscale Rohini.
 
However, the identity of the criminals and their gang is yet to be established.
 
It is also not known so far that what led to the encounter.
