Aurangabad/UNI: Grandnephew of NCP Supremo and MLA from Karjat-Jamkhed constituency in Ahmednagar, Rohit Pawar has expressed his confidence that his grandfather Sharad Pawar will be India's next prime minister.

"He will win 2024 Lok Sabha elections and will be India's next prime minister," he said during a felicitation ceremony on Tuesday evening.

Rohit Pawar further said that our leader Sharad Pawar is still young and works tirelessly. "He has immense will power and ability to lead the country. We are working to fulfill his dream of emerging victorious in 2024 LS polls," he said, adding that people of Maharashtra have tremendous faith in 79-years-old leader.

"It will be a significant moment for people of Maharashtra," he stated.

He alleged that some fringed elements are trying to divide the communities by playing the politics of polarisation. "We have to fight unitedly," he added.
