Secretary and Assessor appointed in One Man Inquiry Commission

Guwahati, Mar 23 (IBNS) : The Assam government on Monday appointed Bhaskar Phukan, Additional Managing Director of State Rural Livelihood Mission, as Secretary to the One Man Inquiry Commission headed by Justice (Retd.) B. D. Agarwal.

Further, Extra Assistant Commissioner of Chirang District Dhrubajyoti Das had also appointed as Assessor to the Inquiry Commission.   

The Commission was constituted to inquire into the killing of Priya Basumatary, 16 year girl was killed by NDFB(S) militants in last year.
