New Delhi, Apr 18 (IBNS) The Supreme Court on Monday dismissed a PIL challenging President's rule in Uttarakhand and CBI probe into alleged horse-trading of MLAs in the state, reports said.
The petition was  filed before the single bench of Justice UC Dhyani against the  Uttarakhand Speaker's action questioning its validity.

Uttarakhand Assembly Speaker Govind Singh Kunjwal had disqualified nine Congress MLAs under the anti-defection law hours after imposition of Presidents rule in the state on March 27.

On March 27, rebel Congress MLAs moved the Uttarakhand High Court challenging their disqualification by the Speaker.
