New Delhi, Apr 15 (IBNS) Rajya Sabha chairman Mohammed Hamid Ansari on Friday gave his nod to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to prosecute Janata Dal (United) MP Anil Sahni for his alleged role in the Leave and Travel Concession (LTC) scam, reports said.

The central probe agency had filed a chargesheet against Sahni and three others in the scam in October last year.

The scam  relates to the claim for reimbursement against fake boarding passes and bills from the Rajya Sabha Secretariat.
