Panaji/UNI: Popular tiatrist Francis De Tuem on Saturday joined the Goa unit of TMC in the presence of party supremo Mamata Banerjee.

He is known for his political satire rendered through songs in Konkani for the past 20 years.

After joining TMC, the tiatrist said, ‘'Mamata Didi will never bow down before the BJP. Under her guidance, Goa will have a stable government unlike what has happened earlier. I am impressed with the way she has done many things for artistes in West Bengal and I hope to work for their uplift in Goa."
