Ram Nath Kovind meets PM Narendra Modi's mother

New Delhi: President Ram Nath Kovind on Sunday met Indian PM Narendra Modi's mother Hiraba at her residence in Gujarat's Gandhinagar area.

Kovind met PM's mother on the second day of his Gujarat visit.

"President Kovind met Hira Baa, mother of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The President conveyed his best wishes for her good health," the official Twitter handle of the Indian President said.

Kovind reached Gujarat on Saturday.
