Rajasthan rains inundate many areas,army, NDRF on standby

Jaipur, Aug 1 (IBNS) Heavy rains continued lash Rajasthan as water levels inched towards dangerous levels in Siroji and Jalore districts.

Reports said train connectivity has too been affected due to the rains that showed no signs of let-up giving rise to a great concern as many places have already been inundated.

Meanwhile, the authorities have put ons standby e NDRF teams and Army to meet any exigencies.

Approximately 10, 000 people are set to be affected if rain continues.
