Rahul to address Congress rally on Apr 19

New Delhi, Mar 30 (IBNS): Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi is expected to address a rally that his party is planning on April 19 to protest against the NDA government's planned land reforms.
Rahul has taken leave from the Parliament triggering huge controversy.
 
His absence created a flutter in political circles and prompted the ruling BJP members in Parliament to make it an issue when he went on "a leave of absence" during the curcial budget session of parliament.
 
His party has said he is devoting time to "introspection and contemplation."
