New Delhi, Mar 9 (IBNS): Amid reports that billionaire diamond merchant Nirav Modi, who is wanted in India in the Rs 13,600 crore PNB scam,   is staying in London, Congress president Rahul Gandhi targeted PM Narendra Modi over the issue.

" The video of fugitive #NiravModi in London shows an uncanny similarity between him & his bhai, PM Modi. Both have looted India and are called Modi. Both refuse to answer any questions. Both believe they are above the law. Both will face justice," Gandhi tweeted.

In a video published on the UK newspaper's Twitter handle, a reporter is seen walking with Modi in London and asking him one question after another, to all of which the Indian replies: "No comment".

The 48-year-old diamond merchant has been on the run since being named in India's biggest banking scam.

According to the report, Nirav Modi has started a new diamond business in Soho, a part of the posh West End area in London.

He is apparently living in an £8 million apartment in West End, London.

In the video, Modi is seen sporting a handlebar moustache and an ostrich leather jacket that usually costs upwards of Rs 9 lakh.

The reporter is seen asking Modi how long he intended to stay in England and whether he had started another diamond business. Modi replies "No comments."
