New Delhi/IBNS: Sharing an old image of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leaders Smriti Irani, Rahul Sinha and others, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday took a dig at the Narendra Modi government over the rise in price of LPG cylinders.

Gandhi took to Twitter to share an old image where the BJP leaders were seen protesting against the then Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) alliance over the hike in price of LPG cylinders.

He tweeted, "I agree with these members of the BJP as they protest the astronomical 150 Rs price hike in LPG cylinders."

The price of LPG was raised by Rs. 144.5 per cylinder on Wednesday.
