New Delhi, Dec 16 (IBNS) After accusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi of corruption and amid a series of attacks on the demonetisation move, Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi met him on Friday at Parliament to bring to his notice the misery of farmers of Uttar Pradesh.

Gandhi reportedly asked for waiving of the loans of the farmers.

Later he told media that the "Prime Minister accepted that the situation of the farmers is serious."

He, however, said the PM has not said anything on loan waiver.

https://twitter.com/PMOIndiaIn what he had earlier claimed that an "earthquake" is in the offing, Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Wednesday said he has information proving  Prime Minister  Narendra Modi’s personal involvement in corruption.

“We are pretty much unconditionally ready for a debate in Parliament. The Government is not allowing me to speak. I have personal information about PM Modi’s corruption. He is personally terrified. He cannot run away from the House,”  Gandhi had said.
