Deoria/UNI:  International Hindu Parishad founder Praveen Bhai Togadia said that the government should bring law on population control immediately.

"The fight on Hindutva is linked with population control and it is more important that Triple Talaq Act," he said.

Talking to UNI here on Sunday, Dr Togadia said that government should bring a new law to control population and families who are going to have more than two children should be debarred from the government schemes." If required the people violating the population control law should not be allowed to participate in the election either in contesting polls or voting for it," he said.

The Hindutava leaders and once the president of Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP), also stressed the need to flush out 30 million Bangladeshi inflitators." Around 4.5 million illegal Bangladeshi have been included wrongly in the NRC list in Assam while around 1.5 million Hindus were not included in the NRC, which is unfortunate," he said.

Dr Togadia also welcomed the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) saying it was required since long and at last the Hindu refugees were given their rights.
