Poll in Bihar will be on development: Modi

Munger, Bihar, Oct 8 (IBNS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday attacked Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on the issue of development as he campaigned in the state ahead of the assembly polls.
 
Modi said Nitish Kumar failed on the development front and fooled the people by going back on his promises of bringing electricity to all.
 
They could not even spend the full central fund and all work is stuck, said Modi.
 
Modi said the youth will drive the polls this time in Bihar.
