Police detain fourth IM suspect from Mangalore
Bengaluru, Jan 11 (IBNS): Police on Saturday night detained a fourth Indian Mujahideen (IM) suspect from Mangalore in Karnataka along with explosives, media reports said.
The police also recovered huge amount of explosives based on the interrogation of the three other IM suspects who were detained earlier.
The Central Crime Branch (CCB) of Bangalore Police had detained three IM suspects from Bhatkal earlier in connection with Church Street explosion that had taken place in the city in December last year.
On Dec 28 last year, a low intensity blast occurred outside a restaurant at Bangalore city in Karnataka killing one woman and injuring many.
The deceased woman was identified as Bhavani. She succumbed to her injury while undergoing treatment at a hospital.
