Police arrest four persons with 69 containers of heroine drugs in Guwahati

Guwahati, Dec 23 (IBNS): Police have arrested four people, including three women, and seized huge quantity of heroine drugs in Guwahati last night. 

According to the reports, based on intelligence input, a police team of Fatashil Ambari police station in the city launched an operation at Fatashil area and seized 69 containers of illegal heroine drugs from a house.

The police team also recovered Rs 34,600 cash and arrested four persons, including three women, in connection with it.

The arrested people were identified as Hafizur Rahaman and Anowera Begam both from Barpeta and two other Morjina Khatun and Ambiya Khatun from the city.
