New Delhi, Dec 30 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi has a tight schedule on Sunday with several infrastructure projects launch in Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

There are about seven events for PM Modi scheduled on Sunday.

The Prime Minister has meanwhile addressed the nation via 51st Mann Ki Baat, his monthly radio broadcast.

At Andaman and Nicobar Islands, he started his day by visiting the Tsunami Memorial at Car Nicobar.

He laid a wreath at the memorial and lit a candle at the Wall of Lost Souls.

He also interacted with tribal chiefs at BJR stadium in Car Nicobar.

Modi will then meet the local administration at Raj Bhavan.

Later in the day, he will lay a wreath at the Martyrs Column at Port Blair and will visit the Cellular Jail in the city.

PM Modi will also hoist the high mast flag at South Point, Port Blair.

He is also scheduled to pay floral tributes at statue of Subhash Chandra Bose at Marina Park in Port Blair, the statement said.
