PM Modi tweets ahead of Russia visit, says confident of strengthening bilateral ties

New Delhi, May 20 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is set to visit Russia on Monday, said today that he's confident of strengthening bilateral ties.

The Prime Minister will be engaging in dialogues with Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Puting during his time in Sochi.

"Greetings to the friendly people of Russia. I look forward to my visit to Sochi tomorrow and my meeting with President Putin. It is always a pleasure to meet him. @KremlinRussia_E @PutinRF_Eng," Prime Minister Modi said in a tweet.

An ensuing tweet read: "Am confident the talks with President Putin will further strengthen the Special and Privileged Strategic Partnership between India and Russia. @KremlinRussia_E @PutinRF_Eng"
