PM Modi to begin Kerala trip tonight, will visit Guruvayur Sri Krishna temple tomorrow

Kochi, Jun 7 (UNI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi will arrive in Kerala on a two-day visit on Friday night.

Modi will reach Naval Airport here at 2330 hours and leave for Ernakulam Guest house where he will stay overnight.

This is the maiden visit to Kerala by the Prime Minister after assuming office for the second time.

Sources said Modi will leave by a special helicopter from Kochi Naval Airport at 0915 hours on Saturday to Guruvayur town to have darshan at Sree Krishna Swamy temple.

After Darshan at Guruvayur temple, the Prime Minister will reach Kochi International Airport at 1245 hrs.

Later, he will take rest at the Airport Lounge till 1355 hrs.

Reports said Modi will have a meeting with the Chief Minister and his Cabinet colleagues during his visit.
