PM Modi greets Manipuri people on Sajibu Cheiraoba

New Delhi, Mar 28 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday greeted the people of Manipur on the occasion of Sajibu Cheiraoba, their new year.

"Sajibu Cheiraoba wishes to my sisters & brothers in Manipur. Have a cheerful & harmonious year ahead," his tweet read.

The BJP recently captured Manipur assembly, following the elections, as the state witnessed its first ever saffron Chief Minister in form of N Biren Singh.
