PM Modi condoles passing away of Praveen Rashtrapal

New Delhi, May 12 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi has condoled the passing away of Rajya Sabha MP Praveen Rashtrapal.
"Pained by the demise of Rajya Sabha MP from Gujarat Shri Praveen Rashtrapal. My thoughts are with his family in this hour of grief," PM Modi said.
 
"As a trade unionist & subsequently as a leader, Shri Rashtrapal remained sensitive to concerns & aspirations of the poor & marginalised," the Prime Minister said. 
 
Rashtrapal was widowed at the time of his death as his wife had passed away a couple of years ago. 
 
He is survived by a son and three daughters.
