Patna, Oct 26 (IBNS) As campaign reaches a crescendo for Bihar's third phase polling scheduled to be held on October 28, the top guns of the Bharatiya Janata Party, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will be campaigning across the state on Monday.

Modi will be holding rallies in Buxar and Siwan while party President Amit Shah will be addressing 5 marathon rallies.

Home Minister Rajnath Singh will be in Minapur and Sakra.

From the Congress, party Vice President Rahul Gandhi will be addressing rallies in West Champaran and Sitamarhi.

Modi on Sunday lambasted the opposition after a video of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar hugging a tantrik went viral.

The opposition, on its part, has launched a tirade against the PM allegedly for violating the model code of conduct by  using his radio address to announce pre-election perks.
