Parliament: VP Naidu calls all-party meet of RS floor leaders ahead of Monsoon session

New Delhi/UNI: Vice-President and Rajya Sabha Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu has convened a meeting of all floor leaders of the House on Saturday evening ahead of the Monsoon session of Parliament.

According to the Rajya Sabha Secretariat sources, all parties and groups have been invited in the meeting to be held at Naidu's residence.

During the meeting, support of all political parties will be sought to ensure smooth functioning of the House, the sources said.

The Monsoon Session, with 19 sittings, is scheduled to commence on Jul 19 and conclude on Aug 13.
