Hyderabad, Feb 16 (UNI/IBNS) Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Telangana Unit President  K Laxman on Saturday predicted that the party's voting percentage and seats will go up in the state in the next Lok Sabha Election.

In a “Chit-Chat” with media at BJP state headquarters here on saturday, Dr Laxman said that the recent survey also indicated that the party had secured 7.7 per cent votes in the Assembly election, wherein in the Lok Sabha election, it will go up to 15 per cent.

Stating that the people would give prominence on local issues during the Assembly election, wherein in the Lok Sabha election it would reflect on national interest, Dr Laxman said that the people of all the parties are aspiring Prime Minister Narendra Modi to become Prime Minister for (second time) as he provided good governance.

This time party does not seek applications for Lok Sabha tickets from aspiring candidates, Dr Laxman said that the Parliament Constituency (PC) incharge would recommend three names from each constituency and it will be sent to the party High Command after March 2.The high command would finalise the names, he added.
