Oil & gas production to remain govt's priority: Dharmendra Pradhan

New Delhi, May 31 (UNI) Dharmendra Pradhan on Friday assumed charge as Minister of Petroleum and Natural Gas in the Narendra Modi-led government for the second time.

"Oil and gas production will remain government's priority," said the Minister after assuming the charge and added that in last five years, the Petroleum ministry launched several programmes and new initiatives aimed for common man under the leadership of Mr Modi due to which people gave massive mandate to us.

 
"Now its time that people should reap benefits of the programmes launched by the government 5 years back," Pradhan told reporters.

"We will work with same zeal and with comprehensive and coordinated team, " he said before signing off.
