Notice pasted at the residence of MLA Anant Singh for voice test instigating for murder
Patna, July 29 (UNI): Police are tightening the noose around Independent MLA Anant Singh as a notice has been pasted at his residence summoning him for forensic test of his voice in a case of instigation for murder.
Police said here that a notice had been pasted at his residence in Patna today informing him that he would have to appear in office of forensic science laboratory for recording sample of his voice in connection a case of instigation for murder.
An audio available with police appeared to be the voice of Mr Singh directing his goons for murder of two brothers Bhola Singh and Mukesh Singh under Pandarak police station area in Patna district, police added.
As it is, three criminals were nabbed in Pandarak when they reached there on July 14 with intention to kill the notorious criminal Bhola Singh and his brother Mukesh Singh. During the interrogation, criminals had confessed that they were asked by Mr Singh to kill both the brothers.
Prima facie, the audio which went viral, appeared to be the voice of Mr Singh who could be heard directing his goons for murdering the brothers.
