Patna, Oct 28 (IBNS) Using senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Arun Shourie's comment to bash the NDA Government, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has dared the BJP to ditch or condemn RSS over its controversial statement on reservation.

"Arun Shourie is a very serious man. His comments reflect what is happening now so his comments are improtant and reflective," Nitish Kumar said.

"If Mohan Bhagwat had not spoken about reservation then this discussion would not have started. If they come to power in Rajya Sabha they will make changes in the Constitution," he added.

Shourie on Monday had said that the functioning of the Narendra Modi Government was no better than that of the previous Congress disposition and that people  had started recalling the days of former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.

"Doctor Singh (Manmohan Singh) ko log yaad karne lag gaye hain (People have started recalling the days of Manmohan Singh). The way to charaterise policies of the government is -- Congress plus a cow. Policies are the same," Shourie said.
