Nirbhaya rape case: Supreme Court rejects review plea of convict Akshay Singh
New Delhi/IBNS: The Supreme Court has rejected the review plea filed by Akshay Singh, who is one of the convicts in the Nirbhaya rape case.
As the plea has been rejected, the convict will be hanged to death.
Justice R Banumathi-led three judge bench which also includes Justices AS Bopana and Ashok Bhushan heard the review plea.
