Narendra Modi wishes Jharkhand on Statehood Day

New Delhi, Nov 15 (IBNS) Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday wished the people of Jharkhand on their Statehood Day.

"On their Statehood Day, I extend my best wishes to the people of Jharkhand. I pray that Jharkahnd continues to develop in the years to come," the Prime Minister said.

The state was carved out of Bihar on Nov 15, 2000.
