Narendra Modi mourns death of Vietnamese President Tran Dai Quang
New Delhi, Sept 21 (IBNS): Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday mourned the death of Vietnamese President Tran Dai Quang.
Modi said the leader will be remembered for his 'great friendship' for India.
The President passed away after a prolonged illness in Hanoi on Friday.
He was 61.
Modi tweeted: "We have fond memories of his great friendship for India and his successful state visit in March this year."

The Indian PM shared images of the President's visit to India and captioned it as: "Deepest and heartfelt condolences to the Party, nation and people of Vietnam, and to the family of Member of the Politburo and President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam H.E. Mr. Trần Dai Quang."
