Modi said his 'Mann Ki Baat' has became the nation's 'Mann Ki Baat'.

He lauded people for taking suggestions given on Mann Ki Baat seriously.

"I sought inputs from you and so many people contributed. The lakhs of letters taught me invaluable lessons. I got to know about the issues in the government," he said on the programme.

He said through his radio address, he understood the that "power of people can be big catalyst for bringing social change."

Modi said sale of Khadi has doubled ever since he made an appeal for it via his address on AIR.

"People took 'Selfie with Daughter' seriously and it was a huge success," said Modi.

"Lakhs of families have given up their gas subsidies. These are not rich people. This is also a silent revolution," the Prime Minister said referring to his earlier request asking those who can afford it to give up their gas subsidy.
