Thane, May 24 (UNI) A 26-year-old man was arrested on Friday for allegedly torching the two-wheeler of a teenager, who latter took help from a girl known by the accused, after his bike broke down midway, police said here.

According to police, accused Nihar Belose poured an inflammable liquid on the 19-year-old boy's two-wheeler and set it ablaze.

Police said the accused committed arson because when the teenager's two-wheeler reportedly broke down midway, he asked for help from a girl, who is a common friend of both the accused, as well as the victim.
