Mumbai: Drug addict arrested for masturbating on train

| @indiablooms | Oct 24, 2017, at 04:09 pm
Mumbai, Oct 24 (IBNS): A drug addict was arrested by the Government Railway Police from Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus (CSMT) on Monday for allegedly masturbating inside a train's coach while looking at a woman, reports said.

The complainant recorded the entire incident and later lodged a complaint the same night with the GRP at CSMT.

After circulating his image, the police nabbed the perpetrator.

"We circulated his picture among our informers, which helped us learn that he was a drug addict. We learnt that he used to frequent the CSMT premises and hence we had laid a trap around the station,” said Vilas Chowgule of the CSMT GRP.

He has been identified as Krupa Patel (30), a resident of Odisha, who worked in Mumbai as a casual labourer and took drugs.
