Mukherjee laid foundation stone of new residential units in President’s Estate
New Delhi, July 24 (IBNS): President of India Pranab Mukherjee laid the foundation stone for a cluster of new residential units in the President’s Estate on Sunday.
"These residential units in Block No. 13 of President’s Estate will have type-II and type III quarters meant for staff of the President’s Secretariat," read an official statement.
The special features of these units include insulated roof slab and outer walls, rain water harvesting, recycling of waste water and solar water heating among others.
