Mamata Banerjee to meet PM Modi today

New Delhi, Mar 9 (IBNS): West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee is all set to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi in New Delhi on Monday.

She will raise the issue of debt waiver for her state.

"Mamata Banerjee accompanied by Trinamool Congress MPs to meet Prime Minister Modi in Parliament House Complex at 12 Noon today," AITC tweeted.

Banerjee is likely to lodge her objection over issues like  Land Ordinance Bill.

The TMC website said: "While Trinamool MPs will continue to protest against the Insurance, Land Ordinance Bill, FDI in Parliament, the Chief Minister will also take this opportunity to lodge her objection over these issues in her meet with the Prime Minister."
