Bhubaneswar, Oct 17 (IBNS): A major fire broke out at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar on Monday.

According to unconfirmed reports, seven people are feared dead in the fire.

Authorities have launched a rescue operation soon after the fire broke out.

Even as there is no official confirmation, the cause of the fire is believed to be a result of short circuit.

The fire broke reportedly out in the intensive care unit (ICU) of the hospital.

Special care is being taken to shift those patients in the ICU since most of them are unable to move on their own.

Five fire engines have been rushed to the hospital to douse the flames.
