Aurangabad, May 13 (UNI) Another rape case was filed by the Chakan police in Pune against the former All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul Muslimeen (AIMIM) member Sayed Matin.

Police also filed a molestation case against Matin's brother Mohsin Rasid Sayed and his brother-in-law Hamid Siddiqui.

Presently, Mr Matin is in Harsul jail here in connection of number of criminal cases pending against him including a rape case registered by the city chowk police station here.

Police said, the victim, who hails from Aurangabad, filed a complaint on Sunday of being repeatedly raped by Mr Matin.

Mr Matin earlier spun controversy, when he protested the move of paying tribute to former prime minster A B
Vajpayee in August last year. In view of his controversies and numbers of criminal cases against him Matin was expelled from party.

Now, the city mayor has asked the divisional commissioner of Aurangabad to cancel his post of corporator.
