Mumbai, Aug 9 (IBNS): Commemorating the 75th year of Quit India Movement, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will launch Quit India Movement 2 on Tuesday, at the iconic August Kranti Maidan, where Mahatma Gandhi had initiated his protest against the colonial rulers.

Speaking about the programme, Fadnavis said that though Gandhi's fight was against the British rulers, the second edition will look to fight against poverty, addiction, farmer suicide, corruption, illiteracy and host of other burning issues.

He also urged people to join him in the drive.
